We offer our patients the Electronic Prescriptions Service. EPS mean your GP can send your prescription to your pharmacy electronically. For more information, click this link: EPS2 Patient Information
You will be able to request any items that appear on the counterfoil of your prescription form. Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by any of the following methods.
- By handing in the right hand-side counterfoil that is given to you with your prescriptions
- By completing a prescription request form and putting it in the mailbox in reception
- You may order your repeat prescriptions online via the link on this page.
Simply fill out the Prescription Order Form using the drop down box to choose where you wish to collect it from.
Please complete all the boxes ensuring the information is accurate and ensure you put a contact number in case of queries
It will take up to 72 hours from receipt of form to issue your repeat prescription.
While we are happy to process prescription requests through the website, and we are hosted on a NHS server, we cannot guarantee confidentiality with this method. If you have concerns about this please use another method
We cannot accept repeat/prescription requests over the telephone.

Follow the on-screen instructions to take you to repeat prescriptions. You will see a list of all medication that appears on the reverse of your prescriptions. Tick the boxes next to the ones you require. You can use the text box to write a short message to the doctor regarding you medication request.
Please note: this must only be used to send a message regarding your prescription. Any other messages cannot be dealt with via this system.
